Attention : This appliance can not be used with external timer or separate remote control. Fill the frying pan with lidquide oil, suitable for heating, until the oil level is situated between the “MIN” and “MAX” level indicated in the frying pan. Don’t every use the appliance when there is to much or to little oil in the pan. When the temperature of the oil gets to low the indication light of the temperature will go of and will light up again when the desired temperature is reached again. Place the food you wish to fry in the basket, place the basket carefully back into the oil. Only place food into the basket until it is half full, for a better backing result. Note : to preserve the quality of the oil it is recommended to spice up the food after frying. Remove the basket carefully out of the oil and check if the food is thoroughly coocked. Turn off the appliance by turning the themperature knob to the minimum position. CLEANING OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE APPLIANCE Clean the outside of the deep fryer after every use with a damp cloth, socked in a bit of soapy water. [. . . ] Regularly filtering the oil will improve the quality of the fryed foods, but won’t make the oil deteriorate slower. When you seldome use your deep fryer, change the oil every 5 to 6 months. This can cause blockage of the drainpipe and is not ecologicaly responsible. [. . . ]
