The combination of the K2 product family RT Software's tOG-Sports third-party telestration sports graphics application gives superior functionality along with a better value for the money than competitive offerings, allowing broadcasters to significantly enhance their sports programs. tOG-Sports' application requires a video source and has been qualified to work with the Grass ValleyTM K2 SummitTM/K2 SoloTM media servers. [. . . ] System comes complete with a full suite of all popular telestration graphics (lines, arrows, circles, areas, player trail, and virtual stadiums). · Fully customized graphics can be created off-line on a separate tOG-Edit system and then played out live on the tOG-Sports system. · The primary features include line and texture tracking-based virtual graphics for sports stadiums, easy to use telestration graphics, fully customizable 3D graphics, easy to use touchscreen interface for the presenter, on field graphics, sponsorship graphics, and analysis graphics.

There are three products in the tOG-Sports family: tOG-Sports Studio for traditional 2D telestration using a touchscreen interface. tOG-Sports is dependent on having a video source, and for all three products listed above, a Grass Valley K2 Summit or K2 Solo is recommended. The tOG-Sports solution is comprised of a perpetual software license, an annually renewable software support agreement (at approximately 10% of the license price), and an HP z800 broadcast specification PC (SD or HD in and out). In addition, installation and training services are available.

Customer Descriptions
The typical tOG-Sports user is a sports channel that is either hosting the broadcast, or is taking the feed. tOG-Sports can be used Three ways for a sports broadcast: During the build up to the game for analysis. During the game for branding, sponsorship, or quick replay graphics, as well as for breaks and at half-time. Major sports broadcast customers using tOG-Sports include Sky, BBC, ESPN, ESS, Fox, Setanta, Channel 7, and Star Sports. It is also used by many major sports graphics service providers, such as WT Vision, Alston Elliot, Nemeton, Shooting Partners, Telegenics, and Namadgi.
