Adjusting picture appearance Press the MENU button and then press the VOL+/- button to select PICTURE menu. Press the PR - button. 1 Press the PR+/- button to select Contrast and then press the VOL + button. 2 Use the VOL buttons to make appropriate adjustments and then press the ENTER button. · Press the PR+/- buttons to select other items. · Adjust BRIGHTNESS, COLOUR and SHARPNESS, TINT in the same way. Adjusting Sound: Balance Manual Settings Press the MENU button and then press the VOL+/- button to select SOUND menu. Press the PR- button. 1 Press the PR- button to select BALANCE and then press the VOL( + ) button. 2 Use the VOL(+/- ) buttons to make appropriate adjustments and then press the ENTER button. Once you have preset the stations, you will be able to use the PR+/PR- or NUMBER buttons to scan the stations you programmed. Select the desired programme number (1 to 125) with the PR+/- button. 6 7 Press the ENTER button. Press the PR+/- button to select FINE. Press the VOL+ button. Press the VOL+ button to fine tune for the best picture and sound on the Fine pull-down menu. Press the VOL+ button. Troubleshooting Check list Problem No picture on screen and no sound from speakers. Check item Insert the AC power cord plug securely in AC power outlet. Make sure the remote control is not in the standby mode (The POWER/Standby indicator is red. ) Turn on the MAIN POWER button on the top of the display.
