Instead, go your nearest CLEAN POINT or waste collection point, where it will receive subsequent treatment. Remove all the transport and packaging items inside or outside the appliance. < Fill the water tank when the coffee maker has cooled (a minimum of 4 minutes after the last use). Otherwise, you may suffer burns from the sudden spray of boiling water. < Take care to avoid the steam and do not open the lid while the appliance is on. Z Before making coffee for the first time, use the coffee maker twice with water only to clean the system. The amount of water will depend on the number of coffee cups you want to make. However, always take care to observe the MIN (CF4035 3 cups/ CF4030 2 cups) and MAX (CF4035 15 cups/ CF4030 6 cups) marks. If the tank is filled over the MAX mark, the excess water will overflow out the back of the appliance. 3 Place the permanent filter (6) into the filter-holder (7) or, if you prefer, use a paper filter and pour the coffee into the filter.
